These terms apply to MetaGeek Plus accounts, including free accounts, used with InSSIDer.

Limited Warranty
Products failing within 90 days of purchase will be repaired or replaced by MetaGeek, at its discretion, free of charge.
To qualify for warranty service, the customer must return the failed product to MetaGeek (or a designated facility) with shipping charges prepaid and provide proof of the original purchase date.
MetaGeek will return repaired or replacement products with shipping charges prepaid.
Warranty replacement products may be refurbished or contain refurbished materials.
If MetaGeek is unable to repair or replace a defective product, it will refund the depreciated purchase price.
MetaGeek's maximum liability under the warranty is limited to the product's purchase price.
The warranty does not apply if the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse, misuse, non-conforming use/maintenance, or modification. Batteries are not covered. Repairs by unauthorized parties void the warranty.
If the warranty does not apply for the mentioned reasons, customers are advised to contact MetaGeek support.
Customers or resellers must obtain an RMA number from MetaGeek before returning any defective product.
All defective products must be returned to MetaGeek with shipping charges prepaid; collect shipments will not be accepted.
The document explicitly excludes all other warranties, whether oral, written, express, or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
MetaGeek is not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, revenues, or replacement costs) resulting from product use or malfunction, even if MetaGeek was informed of the possibility of such damages.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please submit a support ticket for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less shipping - no restocking fee) and 90 days with a 10% restocking fee (less shipping) if the product is in good shape. If your product appears to be faulty, please contact support. During the warranty period, defective products will be replaced at no cost to you.
